"It's ridiculous. You can't get waited on by a person. I guess they expect you to use the kiosk. It's better to order in the drive thru."

"We ordered inside on the kiosk and took a numbered table marker as requested so they could deliver our food to our table. Our number was table 40, and it stated on the table marker that our food would be delivered to our table when ready. After waiting several minutes, I went up front to check on my order only to discover it sitting on the counter. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, and the crew was just standing up front chatting. If the restaurant had been busy, I could have accepted this, but it wasn't, so I was a little disappointed my food set up front and cooled down. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot either. I think in future those who pull the orders need to ensure it is delivered if that's what us requested. Thank you."

"A sad day, but this was probably my last trip to McDonald's. Walked up to the counter to place an order and had three employees walk past me with an uncanny ability to avoid any eye contact. Would not talk to me, would not engage, just wanted me to use the kiosk to place my order. Ordered a Big Mac meal with extra Big Mac sauce, of course it did not come with the extra Big Mac sauce even though I got charged for it. And, you guessed it, could not get anyone's attention to have this corrected. Clean enough, so that's something. If you are seriously introverted and cannot stand engaging with people, this might be the place for you. Other than that, maybe in and out?"

"Completely over priced. Quality was poor, service was bad, i ordered a coke and they argued with me about it, thank goodness i had a paper reciept. All in all, I will never return, it is pure poison. I used to really like it."

"Imagine having a job that's so easy to do, your "training" for it is a 5-step pamphlet, and still managing to mess it up. The manager is young enough to be my daughter and I am only 29. Want breakfast? Better not go there after 9:00 am even though breakfast ends at 11:00 because the morning shift is cleaning up for the lunch shift, and we wouldn't want to burden morning shift with their job. Pretty impressive to walk into a place known for subpar service, expecting to get subpar service, and still managing to break expectation by being below sub-par. Absolute waste of a building. Don't waste your time here, go the extra 5 minutes up the road and get the standard fast food quality service we are all happy with, and let this place die out for good."
