"Give the cashiers a little bit better training, my total isn’t 6 something and then give me a receipt for 15$. If codes or coupons don’t work please tell the customer before you charge them before telling them a completely different price."
"Ordered chicken deluxe sandwich and nuggets for my granddaughters. My chicken sandwich looked like it's been under the heat lamp since last night. Looked like the dollar sandwich from years back. Not a 6.99 sandwich. Been a while since I've eaten at McDonald's, now i know why. If it wasn't for my granddaughters wanting to play in the play place I would not be here. Quality has really gone down . Not sure if it's just this location or all of McDonald's, definitely not getting the chicken sandwich again, that's for sure."
"I came in after work and I had a really good experience with one of your Employees. She was beyond nice. First and all she asked me about my day how it was going and was really genuine about it too! I told her sorry my app is not working, she said no worries I'll still honor it. After our little chitchat I saw she help another employee with dishes, I always come here and this is by far the best experience I've had here."
"Honestly haven't have a great experience here. Service is consistently quite slow, even by McDonald's standards. Today, they were unable to serve me breakfast (I had waited in line for over 10 minutes to get to the speaker, which brought the time just past 10:30) which would be fine if I hadn't paid in advance on the app for it. When I attempted to call them 3 times for a refund afterwards, they didn't pick up. Not a huge amount of money of course, but I legit didn't get anything."
"the first time I've been at that McDonald's drive-thru. Two lines and for some reason the second line kept going as we sat. Couldn't understand the order taker. It was fast after taking my order guy at the window was great but it was a long wait and kind of confusing with the two lines"
