"Checked the pizza once I got in the car and it was VERY BURNT. It cost $36.00 so I went back in and told the young man the pizza was no good. He made another one but I had to wait in my car for 25 minutes. He was polite but never apologized for the long wait or offered me any compensation. It wasn’t worth $36 and I won’t be back here."
"Honestly, not worth the $$$. Dont let the base pizza price fool you. We ordered $35 worth of pizza for delivery and paid $46 after tax, delivery fee, and prop 206 fee...before we even tipped the driver. They also deliver using DoorDash...which they do not tell you. Hence the extra delivery fee and additional 35 minute wait. Took 83 minutes to get 2 pizzas. In the end, pizza was not that great and not that hot."
"All it takes is one bad experience to make one of your favorite pizza places one of your never again places. Ordered on a thursday night online, it said thirty minutes. I got there exactly at thirty minutes and the pizza wasn't ready. Guy tells me it'll be five more minutes. So I sit down to wait. Another customer comes in and another employee comes out and asks his name and he tells him another few minutes. 15 minutes later he comes out and tells the 2nd guy that his food is ready and I'm wondering where mine is. I stand up and my pizza is already in the hot box for who knows how long. This is what discourages people from leaving the preemptive tip on your website and I'll never do that again. My classic combo has way too many vegetables on it. Son asked "why are there so many onions?" Edges are burned. The bell peppers are double stacked. Very frustrating"
"This place is AWFUL Their excuse for this? “You picked up the BAG the wrong way” Refused a refund and even the owner Mike was extremely rude and refused a refund. Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY"
"I don’t know what the issue was with these other peoples reviews but this pizza is bomb dot com. Even my wife likes it and she doesn’t like pizza. 10/10 would pizza again. Also the front desk person ran into an issue with my card and handled it great. 10/10 would front desk again."
