"So normally, I don’t complain or leave reviews but when the service is bad I do. I asked a woman to remake my coffee because there was way too much ice in my shaken espresso. I was presented with an attitude and a bunch of excuses why it was made that way, then proceeded to remake it with a bunch of milk that I could taste and she didn’t even ask me if it was better or if I liked it I ended up throwing it away. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna end up just going to press coffee now. Just sucks having terrible customer service when you’re trying to start your day."
"The coffee is usually good from here, but their bagels (oversized rolls) are stale and, if you ask for the cream cheese on the side, you get a cup of almost an entire store bought tub's worth of cream cheese handed to you. Super disappointed to have to give this newer location just an okay review as the staff seems friendly overall, but there are improvements that should be made."
"The drinks are very average for the cost. Customer service is just okay. I've been here twice, and both times were less than impressive. The first time, the wifi was out, and there was no notification before I purchased a drink, or I would have left and just gone to Starbucks. The entire time they played extremely loud (can't be canceled out with airpods), terrible (emphasis on terrible) rap music. There were a couple of decent songs, but I don’t know if it’s a personal playlist, but it’s horrible. I love all music but I literally have no idea what is going on with the music situation because my second visit was the same, but this time with the worst tea latte I have ever had for $6. Thank God there are so many great coffee shops, so there’s no need ever to come back!"
"Taking their name too literally! The coffee is great. I ordered a "bagel". It had no hole. It was just a roll. Not bagel dough and it was burned black on top. Really?"
