"This used to be my favorite Starbucks but it is definitely gone downhill. The staff used to be friendly and knew me by name and the coffee and drinks were amazing. But since they've changed their staff not only is the atmosphere lackluster but I feel that I am just another customer and not someone special. Not only that but there coffee is inconsistent everyday. I order the same drink which is a large iced coffee with cream and a pumps of the classic sweetener and I get something different everyday. "Love this Starbucks. I spent the whole morning here studying on my laptop and working remotely. The staff here were super friendly and nice. They greeted locals by first names and used the same hospitalities for everyone else. I watched many mobile orders come in all prepared in time for the customers arrival. Also watched them handle some upset children very friendly. The music here is upbeat and happy. Not too loud to distract you, but enough to hear. The barista was also super sweet with my indecisive self as I danced between options of what to order or not. She helped me find something and made some suggestions as well. Clean place, good environment, very bright and happy atmosphere."
