MOD Pizza

"I typically only review a business if I feel strongly enough either in the 1 or 5 star direction. This is, in fact, my first 3 star review. Mod Pizza is delicious. I think most people would agree with that statement. However, there are 2 things you need to be aware of before eating here. First, though delicious, the food doesn't typically settle well. I tend to feel a bit lethargic and bloated even after just a modest portion. And second, a post prandial condition I like to call Modstipation, meaning it will take you an extra day or two to work this pizza through your digestive system. Perhaps a glass of prune juice with your pizza could alleviate this. With that, I bid you farewell, and may your intestines be blessed with fortitude!"

"We walked in. No line. Plenty of staff. The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. She didn’t look at us either. She took our order begrudgingly. My husbands pizza was super sparse but he didn’t ask for more stuff and that’s on him. He felt odd and she was off putting. After the girl made them the manager was rearranging them. I think he was trying to redeem them. Overall this place is good. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. The crust was so wonderful The person on charge of pizza cooking is skilled. I had the double crust. So good. The location is great. Interior is too loud really to enjoy your meal though. But it has a patio. Except the patio was not clean or organized. Despite ample staff. The tables were scattered and dirty. There was no garbage on them, but no chairs were pushed in, tables were misaligned, table tops were greasy and crumby. There were napkins on the floor that I cleaned up after I wiped and straightened the table. The soda area was clean and organized. The floors were clean. The girl cutting the pizza was friendly and smiled. I like the pizza a lot and the quality of the crust, the crust options and the topping variety are what sells the place. The young blonde’ish girl may need a refresher lesson on customer service. I will Come again. Usually the place is kinda messy but the people are usually nice and the food is always great."

"Well we generally like Mod pizza. But this location is EXTREMELY stinchy on putting mozzarella cheeze on your pie. The pic included shows how much without asking for more. I know they use a spoon to "portion" it, and you can ask for more. But they shake the spoon to dump out some of the cheeze, and then some doesnt even make it on the pizza when they kind of throw it all around. Pretty disappointed. Its a $12.00 pie. Put some cheeze on it! What did you save....two cents? Glad they had lemonade. The Chandler store seems to always be out of it."

"Place is filthy!!! The staff doesn't proactively clean the tables or sweep. Every table inside was disgusting, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floors had food and trash all over. Needs better management...it wasn't even busy and all 5 staff members were just standing around instead of cleaning up. Worst MOD we've been to."

"Service was terrible, the girl staff refused to spreading the bbq sauce out but we insisted her to do it . The place wasn’t busy but it so dirty. Table has not cleaned of trash and cup. The bathroom so dirty. The worst part the pizza was burnt at bottom and not coook on top. Stay away !!!!!"
