"Acknowledging a customer when they enter your establishment goes a long way!!! I went to this location , 2 women behind counter just kept looking at me and looking away taking care of drive thru orders… No other customers were inside store except me. After about 5 min of just waiting for someone to say one moment or il be right with you, I just decided to leave without ordering… Morning rush is busy, maybe hire additional help !!!! and train employees on customer service skills."
"I went here on February 17 at 3:07. I went to the counter to order and the employee was on their cell phone talking. I waited for a few minutes for her to come help me. When she didn’t I looked over and waved at her to get her attention. She looked up gave me a dirty look then hung up the phone and came over. I know she saw me because she was looking at me the whole time she was talking. Worst customer service. Will not be returning."
"Very Chilled Atmosphere . We walked in and I was able to take our time to look over menu. All welcomed to enjoy. I tried their seasonal Pumpkin Spice Donut and a ice blended Mocha Drink . My youngest had a BlueBerry Snow Cone . We sat down and enjoyed our treats . I also left business card if needed"
