"Food is great and service is wonderful. Coming here around 3pm definitely beats the lunch rush and beats the dinner rush. It’s great if you’re looking for a meal that is filling and has the Texmex flavor. It’s great! The detailing in the restaurant and the decorations are wonderful. "Came for Dollar beer Day. Love their chips & salsa. Great place, great service, we love Ajo Al's. Great Decor area we were in had cowboy hats for the lights, John Wayne movie posters & some interesting decorations. Table tops look like cow hide & cowboy boots. Food, as always, was delicious. I got the burrito bowl with chicken. So much chicken & nicely grilled, plump & juicy. Sorry, I was so hungry when it arrived. I forgot to take a photo."
"I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. My bff and I went after work and sat in the bar area. Phenomenal food and service! We are both guacamole snobs and this was some of the best we ever had. Chicken chimichanga and fish tacos were very good as well. Ambiance was great. 5 star happy hour! The waitress/bartender was attentive and gave superior service. I would highly recommend this tucked back place!!"
"Not impressed with high reviews. Ordered a chicken burro. The chicken was very chewy and lacked flavor. The beans and rice were so so. The salsa Verde was good and helped with the flavor. Service was decent. When I complained, the server brought out some chili Verde. That helped with the flavor but the pork was very chewy as well. Did I hit them on an off day? The atmosphere was pleasant and music was at the right volume."
"Wow! What great service we had today here for happy hour. Ace, our server was awesome! Happy hour prices were great, and food portions were the perfect amount. The Chili Con Queso is a must-have, and the open faced quesadilla was also good. We had one of each of the 3.75 tacos and was pleasantly surprised how delicious they were. Also, the margaritas are obviously a must-have on happy hour. I probably don't have to say this because that's why happy hour is happy hour, but I just wanted to make sure you know you won't be disappointed coming here!"
