"This is a lively, unique place. Very European feeling ambiance. Our service was very good, Eilise, really knew the menu and really knew how to take care of us. She made great recommendations on food and drinks. We went in specifically for happy hour just to relax, have a drink and snacks and this was an excellent place for that. The restaurant was crowded, but we didn't feel rushed out so that they could flip the table. The food was delicious and presented very well."

"Outstanding! Our waiter was very attentive and really helpful in helping us order. All the pastas are made fresh in house as well as the sourdough pizza crust. The brussel sprouts appetizer is a must try. Absolutely will be back soon. Everything about Humble Bistro was excellent. The bonus is walking about Desert Ridge after dinner and enjoying a drink or coffee at one of the many other bars/restaurants."
