"Placed an order on Christmas Eve. The website said this location was open and allowed me to place an order and make payment. 10 minutes later I get a call from one of the employees saying, they were closing and could not fulfill the order, which I was fine with. I asked for a refund of the money and I was told to go to the website and request a cancellation. I tried to cancel and but it would not allow me to cancel. I called back a couple of days later hoping they would have done it on their side, but no luck. I called the establishment, the manager was not there and they took my number and said they would have the manager call me back. We are Day 4 now, no money, no pizza."
