"One that’s for sure….NEVER TRUST discount tire to tell you that they accept appointments. I was told that they do and they gave me a 2:45 slot. I am still here waiting…4:30. And nothing. Car is not even in the bay lol smfh. I understand that they are busy but a simple acknowledgement would be nice. AGAIN….DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or you will mess up any plans you have thereafter."

"Took my car in for a simple tire rotation. Didn’t notice for a month or so but when I was washing my car I noticed that 4 of the lug caps were not put back on. Then noticed that one of the lugs was missing also. Went in to the store and was told they would order new ones and let me know when they came in. Guy also told me it wasn’t that big of a deal to be missing a lug??!!! No one has ever contacted me. Do not use this location, very sloppy and unprofessional…"
