"That skinny kid who's usually there in the mornings I swing by cracks me up. The only time my drink is good is when he's there, too. He seems to really be carrying the load along with the other gentleman I see sometimes."
"If you must visit this location, I suggest drive-thru and dont expect any customer service beyond the most basic/necessary. Dine-In experience on 12/6/23 around 9 AM. The place is well lit and fairly clean. At the time of our visit, they were well stocked. Our problem came into play when we tried to order, we seemed to be invisible to the 3 girl crew. They were a well oiled machine/crew, but oblivious to walk-in customers. I wont say they were rude, the best term I can come up with is cold & mechanical."
"I go to this location every single morning for the post three months. It’s right next to my work, on the way and very convenient. I have never had an issue with my order before but yesterday they gave me the wrong coffee and unfortunately didn’t find out until in office and couldn’t go back. I talked to the manager this morning when I went back and she did absolutely nothing and still made me pay for my coffee today!! I was a manager at Dunkin’ years ago and I could never do that to my customers!!!"
"How are you out of all of your FEATURED holiday drinks? It’s ALWAYS something they DONT have at this location. And then they act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there…. They should all GET A NEW JOB IF THEY DONT LIKE IT…. It’s super simple. And not to mention my drink they actually had they filled to about a medium but I sure did pay for a large…. This is the worse location I’ve ever been to I’ll be driving further for HOPEFULLY better service and a manager who can actually keep the products stocked…."
"The reviews are rough so far because they just opened this location and trying to find help is tough these days. Ok lets get to it. They have tables going up for outside dinning. They have all the usual doughnuts and treats inside. I like DD coffee better than the coffee houses. Go check them out meet some new people and let me know what you think! The crew was fast and freindly!!"
