"This is, in my opinion, not only the best coffee in Maricopa, but my favorite coffee in the Phoenix area. You can tell the owners love what they do and love the product they put out. On top of all of that, they genuinely care about their customers. They generally have a standard year around menu, but they also make special drinks every season. Every drink they have is intentional down to the timing of how long it takes to create a shot of espresso. You really cannot go wrong with any of their drinks. They also only have one size for most drinks; 12 oz. Unlike another super famous and ubiquitous coffee company, they are even intentional with their ice and make sure that when you buy a 12oz drink from them, that you get 12oz of the drink and not just a cup full of ice. That being said, here are my recommendations. The Cappuccino: Do not sleep on this. It’s 6oz of beverage. By using the power of math, you will experience the smoothness and simplicity of what someone can create with milk, heat, and coffee. The silky texture will give you a coffee that you rarely get to experience, as most places think that bigger is better, and throw the ratio of 1 part coffee, 1 part milk, 1 part foam way off. The Monsoon: Espresso, lime, simple syrup, tonic. Sounds weird. Tastes different (most coffee drinks are made with milk…not this one), and the more you drink it the better it gets. A truly refreshing treat. It might not be your thing, but I encourage you to try it at least once. It’s my favorite of the 3 drinks I’m listing. Iced Americano: There are days you just need black coffee. This is the closest thing you will get to “drip coffee” from them. All I can really say about this is that it’s just…nice. Anyway, go try them…then keep going back daily…"
