"This operation is a scam. I brought my Honda Civic in for new brakes, grinding rotors, and drums. The car's shimmying and poor braking seemed to get worse after their service, so I took the car to a Honda dealership to have them inspect it. The Honda service people told me that the old pads were still on the car, and it looked like the brake pads, rotors and drums had not been touched. Firestone charged me $400 for their 'service,' but didn't do anything. Not only is the frustrating, but it was dangerous for me, as my supposedly 'new' brakes could have failed at any time."

"They are always so thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time I have found a place that i feel comfortable brining my truck back to since i have moved to Arizona. and it's been 23 years now. Just love these guys they are honest i was going to have a battery put in, and they put a tire on for me as well, they called my up said you're all set, and we tested the battery and you don't need on yet and showed me the test results, and it was still running at like 90% so that saved me over 229 bucks. Best firestone i have ever been too!"
