"Never seems packed here, no matter how long the line ends up being outside. One time we did an online order and they made it so fast, it melted by the time we picked up haha! (See pic for that, you can see the separation of the liquid and creams. I still drank the chocolate version but the caramel didn't taste good melted.)"
"I would love to give the a big "0" stars. I missed to come get my free (which I spend a lot of money here) for my Birthday, because my family had plans for me. Less than 24 hours and they said I couldn't get my free drink. So I decided I'll just pay for it. Well, I only had a $100 bill, guess what ......they wouldn't even take my money. (No change), So no free drink nor a paid drink for me. This is why I'll just stick with Dutch bros, their customer service is a million times better, oh and they honored my free drink!!!"
