"Went in with a slow tire leak. They came back with a picture of a huge hole and suddenly it was no longer a slow leak it couldn't hold air. I took the tire off my vehicle the day before and tried to soap bubble it. Leak was so small I couldn't find it. The giant hole they "found" was extremely noticeable, while I just checked and rolled this tire for hours the day before hand. They conveniently had a deal for 3 tires get 4th free with extended warranty of course. And obviously this new huge hole was in a place it could not be patched. They also did not tell me when they finished any work. Had no car all day simply because they forgot to call me."

"I am a former mechanic and so I do almost all the work to my vehicles. Things I can’t do, mostly because of lack of proper equipment I take somewhere else, and I am VERY picky. 3/12/24 My son had a blowout on his heavily modified Toyota 4Runner, he ordered a new tire online and we mounted and balanced it with my tire equipment and put it on the truck as the spare tire. The original spare went to the R/R tire during the blowout, and it did not have a TPMS sensor in it. He ordered a replacement TPMS sensor to match the make and model of the original, so we removed that R/R tire, "broke it down", replaced the rubber valve stem with the new sensor, and put the tire back on the truck. The truck wouldn't recognize the new sensor because it had to be programmed with a TPMS scanner and I don't have one, so we went to the nearest tire store to my place. Their TPMS scanner was out for repair, they recommended Discount Tire. After waiting about 15 minutes for someone at Discount to help, a guy came out and promptly told us the new TPMS sensor we just installed was bad, it appeared to be dead, his scanner couldn't read it, he claimed its battery was probably dead and walked away. When we got back in the truck, we headed to "my" Big Brand Tire store, because neither of us believed the Discount Tire guy. At Big Brand, we spoke with Ryan, we figured we may have to buy a new sensor, so we inquired of the costs, which were very reasonable. He promptly came out to the truck and verified the new sensor was not "talking" to his scanner. He realized the new sensor may have to be programmed to the correct frequency of the truck. He fiddled with the old sensor we brought with us for a bit with his equipment, then walked over to the truck and proceeded to get the new sensor working! He finished up by updating the truck with the new sensor and the TPMS light on the dash went off. SUCCESS! Unlike the other tire shops, he did not just throw his hands up in the air when it didn't work right away, he GOT IT DONE. This is why I keep coming back to these guys. 6/3/22 I had been having minor fuel smell issues for several years that had pointed to a leaking fuel pump seal, but never dealt with it because of the danger involved in removing the fuel tank to replace the fuel pump. I decided to replace my Yukon’s 19 years and almost 250,000 miles old fuel pump proactively before I went on a 4,000-mile cross-country trip (with my 1966 Ranchero on a car hauler in tow). I contacted Kyle and they were able to work it into their schedule the Friday before we needed the truck on Saturday(!). Late Friday afternoon, Kyle called and said they saw a set of fuel lines on the tank top that were leaking and recommended replacement. The parts were not available nearby but Kyle remembered my situation and offered to personally drive across town to get the part sooner! After leaving on the cross-country trip, the fuel gauge was not registering properly after each fill-up, so after returning from the trip, I called Kyle, he said to bring it in, and they would take care of it. They found the sender on the new fuel pump was faulty, and because of its design, they didn’t think another one of the same designs would fix the problem. They found a suitable replacement part down in Tucson and the fuel gauge reads correctly now. YAY! There was NO CHARGE for the replacement fuel pump, or the work involved! 10/19/21 I was having issues with poor steering handling in my 2003 Yukon. I took it to 3 tire stores and 2 alignment shops, giving each the chance to come up with a fix. These guys are the only ones that DID NOT charge me for the alignment they did (correction from a previous shop) or for them spending time diagnosing the issue. They admitted there was an issue and did not “guess” what it was."

"I would avoid this place. Got my oil changed and tires rotated. Didn't rotate tires even though they claimed they did. Also didn't even bother to add enough oil as my low oil light came on immediately. This light has never come on before. They also didn't bother to let me know when my car was ready and also tried to talk me into over 1k of unnecessary services to run up bill. They are the worst of the worst."
