"I was excited to try the new Lucky Rebel drink for St. Patrick's Day. Since the line was too long and the weather was nice, I decided to park and order at the window. I ordered a lucky rebel BLENDED, waited roughly 30 minutes to receive a watered down electric berry... I informed them that it was supposed to be the lucky rebel with soft top and gold sprinkles as advertised-- they took my drink to "remake" it. They called my order again another 10-15 minutes later and barely added any soft top or sprinkles, and once again NOT BLENDED. I'm new to the area and I've never experienced such careless service from Dutch Bros like this before. I love Dutch Bros but the service at this specific location was so bad that it warranted this review. Learn how to blend a drink ! ! !"

"My husband wanted dutch, so I figured I've go to this new location. First the lady asking them order seemed completely lost when I asked for a large picture perfect frost, and a large strawberry rebel frost. Pulled around to the window and got an iced picture perfect, definitely NOT what I ordered. I'll go to the one in West Gate or Avondale next time. Never had an issue at any of the DB but this one. The lady at the window was nice."

"This location opened Sep 01, 2023. There are long lineups here, so when we saw that there were only 4 cars in the drive thru, we quickly did a turnaround and parked our car and placed our order at the walk-up window. We got a blended Hazelnut Mocha Truffle and an iced Candy Cane Cold Brew. Both mediums for $14.25. I like my coffee strong, so I should have added an espresso shot to my Hazelnut Mocha. I think it would be more delicious as a hot drink, though, but considering it was 1pm, a blended drink was the better choice. Same thing with the Candy Cane drink. Stronger would have been more appealing to us, but both flavourful. The servers were efficient and friendly."
