"Work done Oil change Premium tune up package A/C performance check w/dye Car Care Package Alignment Time 8am to 5:50pm Not impressed with the guy that was in the front. He needs work on customer service. No greeting when I dropped off the car and no thank you after he handed me the receipt. Left building, came right back because my car still made noise when I pressed the breaks. Guy said it was a safety test and breaks pads in front was good he was unable to tell me the noise. All he said front Breaks were good back ones replaced. Personally nothing stood out that would make me go back, they did the minimal they have to do for their service. I kinda knew labor would be a bit higher compared to a simple “guy shop” next door. But I thought they been around since 1929. What made them special? I don’t know and won’t go back. I work for my money and where I go I would like some politeness and patience in my services besides labor."
"Just had my 2009 Acura MDX serviced here. Was going to take it in to Acura but these guys said they could take care of it--and they did! Super honest and helpful. My guy David spent more time telling me what WASN'T wrong with the car than what was--which is pretty great for a car servicing place. He was all about driving down that final bill. Will be taking my car here for future services. Highly recommend. A+"

"These people knew I was on my way to pick my vehicle up and closed early I was at the shop at 5:30 and the doors were locked! Clearly it says online they’re open till 6PM. I’m Sure corporate will be happy to hear about them closing their doors early knowing paying customers are coming to get their cars smh"
