"I don’t expect the most from coffee places but I do expect my order to be correct. It seems it depends on the crew that is working. I’ve had to wait 5 minutes as the only customer inside but a busy drive through for a double shot over ice and got an americano (not the same). The last time I went I ordered an iced drink with soy milk. I got hot drink with regular milk( lactose intolerant so I could tell) and got a lazy apology with my refund. I’ve also witnessed a male barista continually touch his nose and face while chatting with visiting friends and then hand me my drinks. No hand washing was done between those two events. During the holidays I enjoyed coming here because I didn’t seem to have too many issues. Their drinks are pretty decent but I’ll be going elsewhere for a while."

"I came to the grand opening week every day for this location and came once a week since it has been open. But after my experience today, I will never return to this location. I waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me and they would not take orders at the window. Finally got to the window and placed my order. I told the girl I was using the $2 drink card we received. She said we couldn’t use it because it was for a different location. Okay, that’s fine I had one left from their location so I changed my order and handed her the card. She brought over another girl and the girl said “we can’t accept this anymore because it is expired” I showed her there is no expiration date written on the card and she said “yeah I know but we just stopped taking these”. So I got my credit card back and left with no drinks and will never go back. Awful customer service. After waiting in line for 30 minutes with a screaming newborn wanting to get out of line but trapped, I couldn’t even get my coffee to get me through the day. If you wanted the cards to expire, then write an expiration date."

"Andrew and Hope go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. I enjoy meeting up with my friend there for a mocha frappe. A very cozy place to sip coffee alone or with friends. I highly recommend it."

"Fast-friendly service! Serving ice and hot drinks from coffee to flavored drinks. They also have a plenitude & variety of snacks such as cookies. I ordered the Mai-Tai fuel (tropical heaven) and a Caramel Blondie (classic caramel coffee). The inside is modern and has Street fashion aesthetic. 5/5 delicious drinks!"
