"this place is a joke. I left my car there for six hours to change a tire. It’s a regular tire they never even got to the car. They never even bothered calling me to tell me they . I would’ve took never take your car here fix the tire will not get to it. It’s somewhere else. I called and talk to Three hours after them and told them I needed that car tonight. They guaranteed it by five. They never touched it. Simply, after having three hours they should’ve known they weren’t gonna be able to get to my vehicle"

"Daryl and the crew at Firestone Park Central were my heroes yesterday. They helped me when I was in a bad spot. They were extremely busy due to training and being short staffed that day but they took my car anyway and put me back on the road in no time. I have visited this store numerous times recently with auto issues and they have never let me down. You have a great team at Park Central!"

"Store manager Daryl and associate Kevin took care of me when a nearby Firestone refused to work on my Tesla. The were able to accommodate me as a walk-in in a timely manner. Although they are not the closest location, I will be coming back for their service. Thank you for keeping this location desirable. I hope you guys are able to find more technician and support staff in these busy times."

"Do not come here. Had my tires replaced, went to pick up the car and when I asked for a receipt they said they’d email me. When I got the email saw they had added $100 worth of warranties to the bill without ever mentioning warranties to me. The warranty they added was 20% of the cost of the tires themselves. The rep I talked to said they “usually” tell customers about the warranty but it was never mentioned to me. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to come in and show my original paperwork before they could do anything. So not only did they try to add $100 to my bill without any consent they are forcing me to make another trip to the store to correct their shady business practice."
