"Try not to take too much time looking at things, female manager with the dark hair and glasses (believe her name is Cheryl) will follow you around thinking you’re stealing. Would’ve shopped a little longer if I didn’t feel so unwelcome honestly. Tried to say thank you to her on my way out and she straight up ignored me, shameful. The sweet cashier from across the register even heard me and thanked me so it wouldn’t be so obvious. On the bright side the cashier was super sweet & I bought some really cute journals !"
"Took my grandson for the first time, and he loved it! Thought we would sit and read, but he had other plans. We gathered up some toys and puppets and played on the stage instead. We made sure to put everything back in its place before leaving. We also purchased a toy bull and pig. The employees allowed us to do our thing, and we both had a blast! Thank you, Barnes & Noble!"
"Best book store on the west side of Phoenix! Staff is always pleasant. Starbucks doesn't take the SB app, but they do take debit. Bathrooms are moderately clean. The variety of books is extraordinary! I had a giggle when I saw the Bible in the fiction section. At least someone got it right!"
