"Called to see if they had our tire size as we had to have our vehicle towed they told us they did. we called AAA to get towed and show up 45 mins later to be told that they didnt have the size we needed. we are lucky the tow truck took us else where and didnt leave us there!"

"I had a nail in my tire so i decided to buy a tire. In the process of them changing out the old tire they literally cracked my rim with the machine. The machine left a even pattern dead on where they cracked it.... I know he did it on purpose because he was quick to send me to a welding shop knowing very well I DID NOT bring my rim with a crack on it!! It took more than 3 hours for my tire to deflate with the nail in it but once they replaced it and cracked my rim it instantaneously started to deflate. I'm not no fool! I can tell the difference between a punctured tire and a cracked rim.... This is definitely fraud...."
