"Zach From this location was absolutely god awful at customer service. It was his point to not let the me speak one word. I mentioned that the other store clerk said “maybe this other store might be able to hook you up”. That’s all I had to say to trigger this guy, going on about how he spoke to the rep at the other store while I was there with him and he never said that (he did literally the moment he hung up the phone). I quickly accepted the fact that there wouldn’t be any discount on the warranted tire, which is fine. However Zach wouldn’t stop going on about how he can’t help me out and practically calling me a liar in front of the whole store. I got so fed up I had already told him I didn’t care about the warrantee and just to sell me the tire, he STILL kept going “maybe if you brought the tire in things might be taken into consideration” I’ve always recommended discount tire, I think the service they provide and most of the people working there are terrific. But this guy should never work in a space where he has to interact with customers. I wish I had his last name but he wasn’t man enough to share that knowing I would write this review. With the intention to try and hide behind the fact he handled this situation very poorly. I’m not sure how much business this location has lost because of Zach but I’m sure it’s not a little."

"I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience I had at your 7231 W Indian School Rd store. Before I delve into the details, I want to acknowledge that I have been a satisfied customer of Discount Tire and have always had positive interactions during my previous visits at your location. However, my visit this morning around 11:30 am has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.Upon arrival, I approached the service area where a gentleman was filling up tires. I told him the purpose of my visit, explaining the activation of my tire light yesterday. The individual proceeded to ask me if I had been speeding or if I had been intoxicated yesterday. I found this line of questioning weird and entirely unrelated to the issue at hand. When I clarified that I had not been speeding or under the influence,the individual made a highly inappropriate and misogynistic comment, Expressing a patronizing view, he remarked that women, in general, lack understanding of automotive matters, stating, and I quote, "Its happening because you’re a female. I get a lot of you females coming in; you guys don't know anything, and that's why you need men." It is crucial to emphasize that such remarks are not only offensive but completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I kindly urge you to reassess the manner in which your employees communicate with customers. While I typically refrain from writing such reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience as a signal that such behavior is unacceptable. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to your store as I cannot condone being treated in such a disrespectful manner."

"I stopped by the other day and saw about a tire and wheel. My tires are considered "low profile" (They aren't, just another way to charge more) so just ONE tire and wheel is almost 350$. I paid no where near that for my last tire a year ago or so. And my wheels aren't made out of gold. I have a jeep patriot.... I would looooooove to see the profit margin discount gets. These prices are outrageous. Same with normal everyday tires that are 180$+. The staff is great but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Everyone could lower their prices when the paycheck to paycheck guy gets robbed constantly in this country. It's incredible."

"They were awesome. I needed a tire for my car and my car wouldn't make it to them. They said it was ok they will put the tire in a rim and my son could pick up on the way. But they didn't have the size rim we needed so they said take the whole tire and rim off we will fix it. We did that and they took it right away. Didn't take them long to fix and very friendly and professional."

"Today I had to stop as I had a flat tire that needed to be fixed. Spencer greeted me with a smile as he was busy, but told me I would be assisted soon. It is great when they can acknowledge you with a smile, unlike other locations where I been waiting and they have not bothered to say anything. I feel like communication is a great key factor for good customer service, plus the friendliness and professionalism from the store makes you feel like they will take care of you. Thank you"
