"So I'll start by saying that I would say that I'm a "regular " at this Starbucks , I enjoy the environment and most of the staff knows me by name and I enjoy coming here , So the most recent time that I came was a Saturday and I usually come during the week , so when I was about to order the guy (first time seeing this guy, he had glasses on I don't know his name ) that was going to take my order I don't think he said anything when I was going to tell him my order , so I asked him does a venti caramel machiatto have 3 shots of espresso and he right away said hot or iced and I wasn't sure what he was trying to say then I said iced and he said that iced has 3 shots and hot has 2 , he could have just said yea hot has 2 and iced has 3 , he was very impersonal and serious in his tone , not the usual kind and friendly service I'm used to getting , it was just a disappointing customer service experience , I think he needs to learn some better customer service skills , UPDATE yes I have noticed improvements in customer service overall , keep up the good work"
