"I have never been here without a 15min wait. Even when I place a mobile order I go in 20min later to pick it up and I wait 15min!! While they take orders from people in line and attend to them first!! I just went through the drive through today and nobody was in line I was the only one and they made me wait 3 min before taking my order and made me wait 10min after I paid!!! I was the only one there come on. This isn’t fast food get it together! U lost a customer today"

"Ordered the Maple bacon Croissant sandwich with no egg. The rep took my payment. Another rep ask what are we waiting for? Assuming she just didn’t know, we told her the exact sandwich order. It was actually on the counter in front of her. She handed it to us, we said thank you and left. Open the wrapping, I received an warm sandwich with an ice cold egg!! Smh Lol It’s an reason I asked for no egg but for unknown reason they felt they needed to play a joke. As far as the link to do a survey, it didn’t work!"
