"Sometimes they have a person out with the iPad to take orders and move the line faster. Most of the time, that’s not the case. Their drive thru line is the least efficient service ever. I would suggest ordering ahead or going inside for your order. I don’t know what it is about their drive thru that sucks. It’s enough to make you want to go right across the street to Dutch Bros where you’ll get quick service and a better coffee anyway."
"I know it’s more convenient to go to a drive thru, but hear me out… coming to this Starbucks at Safeway and interacting with the staff at this location, is 100% worth it. They make the drinks with Love and I taste it every time !"

"Horrible customer service, if I could give a zero I would. Normally I love going here , and always leave tips because of the service but today the girl running the register had a bad attitude. Made sure to make people’s drinks behind me first, and handing mine to me had to give her little smirk smile. Great way to make your regulars choose a different coffee place ."
