"3 times in a row. I asked for a palm beach black tea with 3oz lemonade and easy ice. Simple right? Nope! No lemonade! Full ice! And HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR 1 DRINK. BECAUSE THE SERVERS KEEP FLIRTING WITH ONE ANOTHER AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB. WILL NOT BE BACK"

"Ordered a shark attack rebel and a rebel with raspberry and cream. Both drinks tasted completely off, my shark attack tasted minty and my boyfriends rebel with rasberry and cream tasted like it had coffee mixed in. I am also a barista and from experience don’t think the baristas working cleaned the mixers or utensils before making our drinks. My boyfriends drink was flavorless (except for the coffee taste?) and the cream was not mixed in and had curdled, something I know is avoidable if you mix when the cream is added. Additionally, if you’re going to ask for tips before I even get my drink, I’d expect it to be made correctly and taste good, WORTHY of tipping. I don’t mind waiting in line, I’d rather wait for my drink to be made right than pay almost 8 dollars for a fruit flavored drink that tastes minty or like coffee. I have ordered both of these drink before and never had them taste this bad."

"I'm doing 4 stars on the food because I've gotten orders from this place before that were a bit disappointing, however, that has nothing to do with the experience I am about to talk about. I meant to do this sooner and I had a review typed up but I forgot and ended up losing the review. A few nights ago I took my sister to this location to cheer her up after a bad day and an employee by the name of Sarah managed to cheer her up more in 10 minutes than I could do all evening lol. Sarah has a huge personality and is super sweet. You can tell she has a great spirit and it makes sense that she is actually in management, people like that always get promoted because it is deserved. Eve (or Eevee, I'm not sure) also was very sweet. We bugged her with a lot of questions but she was super nice about it and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Thanks for giving us a great night to remember guys! It wasn't just a transaction to get a drink, it was a memorable experience, and that only happens when you have the right staff. Keep it up, guys :)"

"This place rocks. They keep the line moving by taking your order at your car while you're in line. They are super friendly and kind too. I did try a muffin top, which I didn't like, but I was there for the coffee anyway, not the food."
