"Really disappointed in this location. Not only is the wait incredibly long, my shots were dead/tasted burnt, and my drink was not made correctly. After waiting so long, at that point it’s not worth waiting another 30 minutes for my drink to potentially be made correctly. This place really needs someone to come in and revamp how it is ran. Don’t expect your drinks to come out correctly, and definitely do not expect your drinks to come out in a timely manner. Just go elsewhere!"

"I stopped to grab my favorite Paradise refresher at the Starbucks inside Frys on Pat Tillman Blvd. Usually there are groups of people waiting, but this time there was only 1 person in front of me. I should have walked away when I told the girl taking my order what I wanted when she said she had never heard of it. I pulled it up on my phone and showed her and she said "oh ya, no one ever orders that drink, so I forgot about it". While waiting for my drink to be made, the boy who was making drinks and getting food for orders together had a full bushy head of curly hair hanging in his eyes and he was shaking his head so he could see. I was praying that hair would not land in my drink, or anyone elses drinks or food. What happened to hair nets? It used to be a requirement in food/drink establishments. While still waiting, the girl who took my order pulled the boy out from behind the work area to a table to show him something in a bag that she had on a table and they both started laughing and eventually went back to work. While still waiting, another girl came to work only to bring 2 kids with her that started running around and nearly tripped me when I went to pick up my drink from the counter...20min after I ordered it. I looked at my drink and thought it was looking pretty light in color than what I'm used to but I kept it. When I got home and after thinking about it more, I looked at the picture on the app and ingredients in it and realized it was missing the coconut milk. All it was, was water and a couple pumps of flavoring that cost over $5. Not a good drink at all. I definitely won't be going back to this Starbucks."

"I cannot justify spending any more of my time or money at this location. I went for 3 months straight and they never write down or make the lattes right. Today was the last straw because they took down my order wrong..again. I tried to confront them about espresso shots and my syrup shots before it was made since I looked down at my receipt and noticed it was wrong..there was no help and was told, “well you already paid for a bigger size so..” (kind of like just deal with it) there was no apology and seemed like I was the inconvenience?? I tried to give them time to work out kinks with new employees but I will not order from here again."

"Every time I come here, I have to wait at minimum 30 min. I order ahead on mobile order then still have to wait another 10+ min. Their excuse is always they’re short on staff. There’s always at least 3 staff so idk. I also watched this happen to another woman in front of me. She had been waiting 20 min after placing a mobile order. Had I not asked for the status of my drink order I would not have had it because they did not even pull it yet. This location sucks."

"Waited 30 minutes for two Java chips that tasted like burnt coffee and ice. There were almost no Java chips in it, no chocolate syrup, and was beyond bitter."
