"They were not on time of opening, however the service was good and simple It took about 40-50 minutes for oil change, when it might take 5-10 minutes in other places The price and convenience of going to buy groceries at the same time is a good deal for me"
"I give no stars due to the poor service I received yesterday evening at 1:57pm my appointment was at 2pm, they didn't actually start working on the car at 2:20pm, the technician did more talking then working and lied about filling my tires with air. I will unload photos, you all probably know the red head working there, can't miss him he is the only tall red head that claims he knows nothing, that part is accurate, also while parking the customer car, does not mean roll down the windows and have a conversation with your Co worker, while you are supposed to be parking the customer vehicle. The disrespect is real at this auto center, I recommend women especially African American women don't go without a male chaperon, as you know they try to get over. Take photos and document your visit if you do go alone."
"Called tire center, no answered so it went through to the main store where an associate answered. Told her I’m trying to reach the auto/tire center. She transfers me. Does this two more times before she says she will page them also. Rings with no answer until the same woman answered again. She said she pages them and that I need to wait for them to answer and not hang up. I haven’t hung up once, and have waited 5 times just for their phone to ring through back to the main line. At this point, I hear the phone being lifted, and hung up. I call back twice more and get the same “lift off, hang up” response. I don’t know why she didn’t just say no one is there or they are closed or anything else except ignore my calls the same way the auto/tire center was."
