"Found sandals out on clearance for 35.99 they were obviously a return, definitely been worn out and the bottoms were filthy. I was willing to overlook that with a small discount. Apparently they rather see somebody walk out the door than give them a few dollars off. I won't be coming back. I wonder if corporate office would appreciate this poor customer service."

"Normal shopping experience in general. Slightly different from past experiences at Famous. They had a good selection of Crocs and my favorites...Nike. However they don't offer high end Nikes in store. They always have a sale or promotion for rewards members though."
