"Went with my neices to get prom dresses. Only 1 found a dress here she loved. It’s literally falling apart, seems are coming apart and sequins are falling off!!! For the price paid for this dress it should not be this cheaply made!! And it would be amazing if someone would answer the phone and provide some customer service!!!"

"When i first booked , over a year ago i thought she was great. Then i had to make changes then she got snippy. She started not returning my messages until days or weeks later. Her mom ran the shop when she wasn't there and she doesn't speak any English. Then i went to cancel and she didn't have my cake topper or the rest of my deposit. Then she said she will have the rest tomorrow but keeping a deposit. I am almost a month from my date you do not need a deposit. You said 2 weeks!!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances did i have to cancel the wedding not by choice and she is making things worse."
