The technician was educated us on the problem and informed me of costs before they performed services, which I appreciate. "They came and told me what was wrong in 15 minutes. Then changed there minds. And bought a hole new motherboard. But it was the original problem. It took 2 +weeks and are house was not a priority. In the heat of the summer. They also showed us that we were 1 1/2 lbs low on refrigerant then pumped it all out. Then charged us for 5 lbs. They took so long I called to see how much the price was up to because, I was going to look for someone else to do the work. But they told me I was at 600-700 dollars and they were finally going to show up. I agreed to have them do an extra item. Which I was told would be around 400 dollars. So they came out and spent 6 more hours to get it working. I then got a 3,700.00 + bill. I tried to talk to the owner who texted me he would call me but never did. And this is why he is getting this review. I paid them after threats of penalties. I just want the public to get a bid and make sure they do not get charged 3 time's more then expected. And don't expect the owner to care enough to call you about your concerns. I've been a general contractor for 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced this with a HVAC company. Just cover your selves if you use them."

"I’ve used Barnett a couple times. Once in the frigid winter and once in the dead of summer. The swiftness which they came in with, combined with the concern for our comfort and safety, was phenomenal. I was offered space heaters in the winter, and fans in the summer, immediately upon calling them. Angie is so kind, and prompt, and professional to deal with. Their technicians are knowledgeable and work hard. The owners truly care about the people in the community they serve. I highly recommend Barnett in Kanab. They are incredible to work with."
