"This was our 4th visit to Echo & Rig and the food is consistent, along with the service. We came for brunch, sat at the not very busy bar and enjoyed the steak frites, portobello fries, thick cut bacon and the short rib hash. Everything was generally good, service was good overall, but the bartender forgot to make my 2nd drink and I had to ask another bartender instead. The TVs in the bar could be better place, as only certain sides of the bar can see them."
"This place had great service. The steaks are really awesome. We tried lots of different tabular steaks. I've got a couple of steaks. They're both very good. Our server was really amazing. She made the night amazing. We had a great time. We celebrated birthday. He was a lot of fun."
"Man this place is the best restaurant I’ve been to in Vegas, and I know the restaurant is technically in Henderson but yes the food was excellent, the price was beyond acceptable. Also, we showed up to the reservation 45 minutes late and were told the reservation had been marked as no show which were very bummed out about since it was Valentines day. Luckily enough, we were told we might be able to get a table within 20 minutes, the front lady was super nice to find us a table and I was forever grateful about not ruining valentines day. Overall 10/10."
"I came for brunch and I will definitely be back. I ordered the mimosa which came with a full bottle and assorted juices. I wasn’t a fan of the champagne next time I will probably just get an espresso martini or something else. I also got the French toast, pancakes, and short rib hash also a side of bacon and eggs. The only thing I wouldn’t get again was the short rib hash, it was good it just lacked seasoning to me. The service was good and I like the vibes overall. It gives you the feel of a strip restaurant without the strip prices."
"Finally made it to the Henderson location after a few trips to the Tivoli establishment. For those of you who still remember the Elephant Bar, the interior set up is exactly the same, but the ambiance and décor is much more elevated. Service is phenomenal, drinks are replenished quickly, and there's a lot of friendly staff. The menu is easy to order off of, it's not too big, but there's plenty of options for everyone in your party. I'm all about trying every small plate imaginable, and I loved the sweet fire cauliflower and the wood-grilled octopus."
