The young lady at the window is typically the same one (muchachita con pelo rojo) and she has a warm smile and kind voice. This is my favorite Carl’s Jr! The food is always delicious, I’m always in and out quickly and overall just receive great customer service. Keep up the great work San Luis team!"

"We decided to take our kids to Carl's Jr instead of McDonald's last night and we where so disappointed, their playground was nasty dirty with trash all over the floor and sticky from soda spills. We ordered 2 Santa Fe chicken sandwiches one was ok but the other one the patty was dark and stiff and tasted like it sat for a while in their warmer."
