"One of the most dirtiest places I have ben to.. bathroom was over filed with urine all over and was flooding with toilet water , employees where told by numerous customers about the bathroom but manager could care less because "they were busy at the moment " would stay away from thos place for sure"

"The service you get here is about what you would expect from a fast food place. It wasn't very welcoming. However, it isn't like they didn't want to take my order. It is a busy restaurant and I get it. Food was not the best this time around. You can tell the fries had been sitting in the warmer for a while. For Drive Thru, being as busy as it always is, the service was pretty quick. Can't really expect much, but they've improved with the way they handle things at their busiest and it shows."

"I gave it 3 stars because it was very crowded and noisy. The place is very dirty, tables had food residue from being used and not being wiped down. The restrooms had dirty toilet paper from the trash can piled up on the walls. I understand they get lots of people since its the only location in San Luis, AZ but the staff needs to dedicate more time to having a cleaner place to eat and more tidy restrooms."

"Every time I visit this location it's always something wrong in my order . Either to focus on trying to impress their manager or something In this location ..drive they always in a hurry trying to rush you to place the order and nothing wrong with speaking Spanish but they seem like they get mad when you order in English . Today drive thru order a breakfast platter and approach the 1st window and try to hand me a recipe with a totally different order and she was in a rush to take the car behind me . I was I haven't even paid and she spoke in a rushing way a different order that I was even aware of and she then gave me a look like what did you order And still had to confirm with other coworkers that I order a platter.. they need to focus on customer service and listen carefully to the customers not rush them to take the orders ..it's a fast food restaurant and it's hectic to work in those branches but others do fine why can't this one in San Luis AZ dose the same as others ..by the way my orders today and the last few times I've visited are never complete thers always missing something ..."
