"The food is great but the staff aren't entirely accommodating. I'm disabled and come in with medical equipment just to get weird looks. One time someone who I believe to be a manager even insulted me to another employee as I struggled to pick up my order. On occasion I do get a friendly regularly employee however and I give their efforts praise. To management, not so much."
