"Great variety for a different lunch. The shredded chicken is always dry so avoid that...switched to fire grilled chicken and it is a great addition to the meal. Get a salad with the lettuce on the bottom...they put way too much lettuce otherwise. Employees Have trouble when asking for specific food changes. Prices have really gone up."

"Waited a week to post so I wouldn't post angry and be fair. No line and didn't have to wait, but the younger man at the start of the line wasn't exactly happy to see me. Ordered nachos, chips weren't full before adding toppings. Proceeded to put the shredded cheese on before asking if I wanted that or queso. Ended up walking out but went back in instead of driving to another location another 20 minutes away. Manager remade my food and actually listened to what I wanted, but I've had it made better before, which was frustrating also because if you're fixing a problem you expect the details to be paid more attention to. Was offered a free drink due to the issues, when i got to the drink area all the teas and lemonades were empty, area was dirty and sticky. May go back, may not. Haven't decided if the frustration is worth it"

"They went from forgetting extras and even wholly messing up my orders several times, even making several customers who placed online orders wait for over an hour, however recently they changed their staff and these employees have been on top of their game, they haven’t missed a beat since and I’m fully satisfied with their service now, food is also tasty, fresh and presented excellently. Highly recommend a burrito ‘enchilada style’ / sauce and cheese on top. If you’re a fan of spice their hottest one Habanero is sooo delicious, the perfect level of spicy and delicious. I frequent this location a lot, big fan of cafe rio"

"Always liked eating at Cafe rio but the last 2 times has been the worst. Last time I waited 30 minutes after they said my order was gonna be ready. This time the food is terrible. The guacamole looked super dark and tastes terrible. And you pay extra for enchilada style and we barely got any sauce. Usually the burrito is covered in sauce and covers the bottom. The burrito looked dry in some parts and looks like they barely used any sauce. Was gonna give it 1 star but the guy working helped us real quick and was nice and thats why I gave 2 stars"
