"There is no way to explain how authentic the food is, exceptional, magnificent, delicious, satisfying…. We could go on and on. Please if you are a lover of true Mexican cuisine you must stop here. I’m so sad we won’t be traveling back this way but if we are ever in Mesquite again this will be our go to place. It is a couple minutes off the highway, more than worth it. Do not miss this one."
"The Best and most authentic Mexican Food you will find in Mesquite! Anytime I am in town, it is a must to come and dine at La Fonda. The quality and service is exceptional, from the food to the desserts you can’t go wrong. The staff and cooks are amazing!"
"The food came out fast and hot. The flavor was spot on for what I expected. The hot salsa was delicious. The staff are friendly, however are not as knowledgeable about the menu as I had hoped. We had the daily special (two enchiladas with a soda) and a tostada, of the two the tostada was my favorite and was VERY fresh and definitely a do again. I was very impressed on the staff and customers willingness to wear masks and follow COVID guidelines."
