"For as much as they charge for stinky, dirty vault toilets, non electric water sights, I was very disappointed in conditions. The hand pump at east side to get water was broke, only other one at the beginning of the campground, picnic table bench on one side was pretty much unusable."
"Wonderful experience! I took my son, my chihuahua terrier mix, and the new addition to the family, a hound pointer mix. We had so much fun playing with our dogs there. We hiked, swam, and chased the chipmunks around. The camp hosts, Angela and Nathan, were absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable about different activities and other things in the area. From great conversations with them to them giving us jugs of water for our dogs, there definitely added to the experience. I highly recommend this campground!"
"The trees throughout the campground have all been cut down. The nearby creek made the stay worthwhile. The camp hosts were very friendly. Toilet was ok"
"Bumblebee is one of the sweet spots for me. Close to services yet still in the wilderness. The camp spots along the river/streams are first come first serve and they're always in great shape! Serene and lots of hiking in the mountains. A bit cold right now and there are still some downed trees on some of the roads but they get cleared very quickly."
"Wonderful forest service campground! The campground was quiet and well maintained. The bathroom and water supply we're clean and the hosts were incredibly nice. Couldn't ask for a better spot for a relaxing weekend escape to the woods."
