"The campground is nice, with great showers and clean bathrooms. The beach area/docks is pretty small, with some weeds in the water, but once you get deep enough, the water is cleaner and fun to swim in. We were disappointed that out of state guests have to pay double what Idaho residents pay. Many campsites have sloping ground which is difficult for tenting. The lake is a good size for paddleboarding or kayaking."

"The people at the visitors center were very helpful. It had all the amenities we needed, shower, electricity, water and restroom. The lake was close and beautiful with a well maintained sandy beach and dock to swim or fish from. There was a horseshoe pit too. We also enjoyed a hike around the lake. There were day use picnic tables and a covered reserve area. There wasn't a playground but it had a sandy beach, rocks and logs to climb on. Dogs are allowed in leashes."

"Beautiful place for a hike in the woods. About 2.5 miles around the lake. Lots of interesting sights. If you like trees, you'll love this place. Campsites available too."

"Round Lake is small but very beautiful. No gas motors are allowed on the lake, which makes it very peaceful. There is a hiking trail with several bridges all the way around the lake. Dogs are allowed on a leash. A nice dock to fish from and boat launch with beach for swimming. We love it there!"

"Awesome little campground and lake. Easy to access but still secluded. Campground looks awesome for tent or car/van camping, it looks a little tight for anything much bigger than that. Lake is easy to access with about 10-15 parking spots available. It was frozen over when I went 12/31 and there were 4 people out ice fishing. I hiked the trail around the lake and it was easy to follow and snow packed the whole way."
