I was impressed with the Bullfrog spa and chose options that suited my specific wants not simply an upsale. She has been available for questions I have had after placing the order. Lastly, the installation was done well and the orientation on the spa was not hurried. Jack, the installer, was available via text for resolving air in the system on start up (a common issue easily resolved).
