"My daughter had her first baby so I had flowers delivered. (One of the many greatest, most exciting times in your life) I live in Oregon so I I bought a bouquet from their website. I spent $ 76 (plus $5 tip) and it looked NOTHING like what I thought I was buying. The picture was very deceiving. I was extremely disappointed and upset. It was not what I thought I was sending to my daughter on her special day!! It was a complete a waste of money. I would never them a star but that was the only way I could post."

"Couldn't be happier with their service. Went in to order flower arrangements for my mother's funeral. They went out of their way to help walk me through the process and guide through colors and styles. They gave great recommendations and were sensitive to what my budget needs were. Super friendly and personable folks that sincerely cared about helping get exactly what I wanted."

"I’m disappointed with this bouquet. For $70 (not including delivery or processing), it only has two roses and the rest are carnations. The business did offer to deliver a couple roses for me to put in the bouquet to bulk it up a bit, but I feel that I could have received much better quality elsewhere for nearly $90 total. It loosely resembles the photo on the website from the florist, but perhaps 1/3 of the value represented."

"Very upset with this florist I ordered online thru flowers from you flowers .com I chose a beautiful arrangement for my daughters birthday . It was Pink Rose succulent arrangement. They delivered them before she got home . Most of the flowers were wilted and the arrangement was messy and it looked nothing like the arrangement I picked online not even close The main reason I ordered this arrangement was because it had a succulent my daughter is fond of succulents. This arrangement did have a succulent but it was in poor condition it was attached to a wire it looked wilted as they had taken 2 small succulent and wired them together thru the roots . Most of the flowers were wilted along with the greenery that was added , the carnations were cut to small and didn’t even reach the bottom of the vase along with some of miniature roses . Along with the flowers I ordered chocolates and balloons The chocolates were Whitman Samplers that you buy at a drug store for 4.99 not even close to a 10.00 box of chocolates . I cried for 2 whole hours because this 102.00 arrangement was my gift to my daughter. My daughter received wilted flowers and a sample box of chocolates all she could say was was say Thank you and removed the succulent which now she’s trying to save. The only thing they got right we’re the pink .balloons . Trusted local Florist the web site states I think not."
