"For a $55 dollar special designer choice arrangement we ordered for Mothers Day we posted our dissatisfaction on what the previous looked like. BUT... the owner of Heaven Essence contacted me with regard to my post, Judy was very kind, understanding and took her business and client satisfaction to heart. I really appreciated her sincerity to make things right as she offered to make another arrangement and deliver a new one to my mom in law as surprise make up arrangement.
