"I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers that our insurance agency sent after the loss of my mother-in-law. Michelle went out of her way to get these delivered the day after we got over a foot of snow which prevented most vehicles from getting to our farm. She was was so flexible and willing to do whatever it took to make the delivery. When I picked the flowers up at an agreed location I was stunned by the beauty of the arrangement. The flowers are still beautiful after nearly a week! I plan to make Flowers By My Michelle my go-to florist going forward. "This lady not only provides “happiness” when flowers are delivered she goes the extra mile! I received a beautiful arrangement however the very next day 3 of the roses in the arrangement were completely drooped over. I called Michelle and she came to my home!!! And replaced all 5 roses with new ones. It has been a week now and the arrangement looks as lovely as it did a week ago. Thank you so much"
