"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The owner is a rip-off! He required a 50% down payment in cash and then never, ever showed up. I had a hazard tree that was about to fall on my house and needed it taken down. He promised and promised but never would show up. He kept my $400 and that was it! I was able to get another tree service to take care of the tree and the owner of that company told me Berzerker has a reputation for doing this to people. I have all the proof for a small claims case but was advised I'll never see a dime out of him. DO NOT BE ONE OF HIS VICTIMS!"

"Stay away from Berserker tree & landscape service. He might be decent at tree trimming and clean up, but as far as landscaping he is a hack. Not only did I give him a deposit but when he finally showed up over a month and a half after he said he would, he asked for more money before the job was started. Then after a few weeks of him coming over for an hour here and there he asked for more money. After he finally did the job he charged more than the original bid. The price wouldn’t have been an issue except that he left me with a torn up yard that I finally paid someone else to fix, broke a drip line that he supposedly fixed but didn’t and therefore killed my arbervitae trees. He’s not returning my phone calls ( he was never good at communicating since day 1). Joe needs to stay away from landscaping and just stick with trees."

"Needed these very old and overgrown shrubs removed before spring and summer rolled upon us. Called Berserker Tree & Landscape and before I new it they came out and bid the job, gave a fair price and ripped out those old Shrubs out before the Wasp’s returned. This has helped make my property look great and improve the safety of those driving around this tight corner! I would recommend that anyone calls them as they have a proven record and many jobs done before in great service with a fair price."
