"This place is terrible!! I left 10 satin shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed. Upon pick up, the shirts are all wrinkled and the collar on half of them are ruined. The gal at the counter called her boss. He, of course, let her know the shirts were cleaned and pressed. When I asked the girl if they looked pressed to her she agreed they didn’t and were ruined. They offered to redo the shirts. It’s a 4 hour round trip drive for me so not a reasonable fix. $110 down the drain!!!"

"Terrible experience! It has been 2 months since I dropped off my item and they don't seem to know where it is!! My item was dropped off on 9/30/22 and was given a receipt that said it would be ready on 10/5/22. I never heard anything so I stopped by a few days after 10/5/22. The guys said it wasn't ready yet. I waited another week or two and hadn't heard anything so I called to check on it, it still wasn't ready. I called again a week later and the guys didn't seem to know where my dress was and told me he would call to update me! I have never received a call back!"
