"My dog has not been into get groomed. I putting a review because I have tried to make appointment over the phone and it just goes into saying there’s no voice mail set up. I went then there and one of the people that was in there set up appointment was not a very welcoming person. It was very cold in the shop. I was wearing a coat and was very cold. I have seen tried to cancel my appointment still no answer and no voice mail set up. I did tell about the phone situation and she told me just to go ahead and leave a voicemail. They would get back to me eventually. I understand people are busy. Again wasn’t very welcoming."
