"I have an older laptop that siply stopped working. Gave it to them. They fixed it for around $120. My hard drive was dead. They replaced it and transferred all my information. They upgraded my Windows and I didn't have to deal with Windows 8 anymore. If you ever had it, you know what I am talking about. They provided me with all available options and I choose the one that was fitting my budget best. Given the circumstances, of course. Also, my Wi-Fi was not working after I got it back. They looked into it and found out that part that is responsible for this is fried. Since it would be too expensive to replace it on my old machine, they gave me an external adapter for free. They explained that they didn't catch it first time around, so it was complimentary. I am really satisfied and happy with their service. I definitely recommend this store. Now I can use my old laptop for another couple of years."
