"When i pulled up to this place, I was so excited! Im a fur parent and always excited when i find new place for the fur babies! As i walk in the lady at the front was excited to see her order being delivered" thats for me" she sound excited! As go to hand her the order and as i was going to express my excitement and inquire more about this place. She immediately said thank you have a great day with out allowing me to talk again repeated herself in a tone like she couldn't be bothered with me. I believe everything happens for a reason and first impressions are truly important! And if she could treat a potential customer let alone delivery driver like that how does she talk to the customers they have?"

"Boarded my three old dogs here for a week while my wife and I went on a much needed vacation. One of the dogs has an ongoing medical condition and needs daily medication. They did a fantastic job. The love that the entire staff has for dogs is obvious from the first time you bring them in. Clearly all of these folks are "dog people". When I picked my "boys" up everyone told them goodbye and seemed liked they were genuinely sorry to see them go. They even washed the bedding that I brought from home for the dogs to use. They do grooming here as well, my guys have been coming here for a while for that. The grooming is excellent. When I picked them up, their groomer told me that she looked in on them daily. Bring your dogs here if you need to have them groomed, or boarded for a brief or extended stay. They are excellent."
