"Had to wait in line in my car in the pharmacy line. Waited about 20 minutes. I think if there is a delay witb a customer's order, the customer should pull over and wait until the pharmacist can straighten it out instead of making everyone in line have to wait (like McDonald's does)."

"You need to update your hours on Google. It says the pharmacy is open until 10pm. Please, take ownership of this incorrect information to corporate/marketing and get the hours updated. My daughter had an ear infection tonight and went to urgent care. They sent the Rx to you guys based on the fact that it was after 9pm when we went and Google Maps showed the pharmacy to be open until 10. I raced across town to get to you guys and it broke my heart to see you were closed and my daughter was in tears because of the pain. Super disappointing to know that this is an ongoing issue and hasn’t been corrected."

"The Pharmacy staff work so hard. I dont understand the bad reviews, everytime I go in people are working overboard to help make sure Im helped at the Pharmacy. Plus the Manager lady is very sweet. I personally get my meds here over Walmart and other locations because they want to help you save money. They will give you the pharmacy discount cards and help you. Love it! Best Pharmacy!"

"The pharmacy staff are so horribly overworked here. I can't imagine how stressed they are. The other day there was a queue of 12 cars outside and 8 people in line inside - not too mention the call volume on top of this. The staff is always friendly although sometimes you have to remind them with a kind word of encouragement amid their stressful days! The growth in this valley has affected their work life in a real way. Be kind to them because at least they haven't given up!"
